Sunscape Resort has two large buildings, one is a hotel (9 stories), and the second has some privately owned condos. Unit is located on 14th floor.
About Us
14th floor, incredible view, 720 square feet open concept condo with King size bed, full size fridge, Internet and pool access. This beautiful one bedroom condo in the hotel zone has a beautiful view of the beach. The condo is in Sea River Tower, located in the Sunscape Spa & Resort, Puerto Vallarta, right next to the new mall, “La Isla” . Email toptenadvertising@gmail.com to request a reservation.

$3000 US per month during high season, $2800 US two months or more, $2600 Us four months or more, (Nov to April). Special rates available for multiple month rental. Available first come first serve.
